Heather is the founder and former Artistic Director of the Hudson Village Theatre and initiator of the Hudson Productions simulation program. She is a graduate of the Concordia University Theatre Program and has directed, acted in and produced over 50 shows in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa. She brings this experience to Hudson Productions to maintain its theatrical orientation.

Bert brings thirty years of business experience to Hudson Productions, the last ten spent in running his own small business in IT. Bert is responsible for contracts, invoicing, payments and other areas on the business side of Hudson Productions. His job is to design policies and procedures and make sure they are applied appropriately.

Karen is an experienced Montreal actor with contacts throughout the Montreal acting community. She is responsible for selecting actors from among those under contract with Hudson Productions and assigning them to the simulations to be carried out at the Rigaud College. She coordinates transportation, backups and supervision and she plays a key role in recruiting new actors.
